C-nest Ke-Sera de Cocó’s Hijo d.d. 10.11.2011

Week 7

Was gone before we realised it. Maybe because it was a very busy week. More visitors per day for the week was shorter due to the holidays. And we still wanted to start with the rest of our program.

Mama Ke-sera de Cocó’s hijo no longer feeds her puppies and that’s more than okay for they drink and eat very, very well, their bowls are empty every time. And therefore they also pee and p..p very, very well. And leave it for me to clean up. Nice. They were also given their first chewingstickes: 1st dried beef and then dried tripe mmm.

The Cocódotjes-miracles are also being weighted and washed every morning. And have had their fist encounters with combe a little less appreciated but accepted.  

And they havenew living-quarters: we also moved the Roebel-miracles to the living-room and now both litters are next to eachother. With the Cocódotjes-miracles we replaced the birthbox for a bench (to get used to for when they will be in their new homes) and in front of the bench there is a larger puppy-ren. They love it and between the two breeds the first kisses have been exchanged.

But then came the big outside world. A start has been made here also: we started with cardriving, they have been on a leish in the backyard, free in the front-yard under the supervision of the adult dogs and for the joy of some of the neighbours and together with mama they went to a big garden-center where they were driven around in a cart and caressed and admired by many people.

he coming week already is our last week In the midst of it the turn of the year: this time we will open wide the terrace-doors and find out wheather our preparation was sufficient.
